RETURNS & REFUND

KinkiFish accepts return of items when commenced up to 1 week after purchase. Items must be in original packaging with all tags, unworn and unwashed. If items are damaged or do not comply with said conditions, we reserve the right to refuse refund.

EXCHANGE QUALITY

Customer have 1 week for exchanges to be accepted. All exchanged items must be sent back in original condition with an email stating exactly what item, color and size they’re looking to get instead. The customer is responsible for the exchanged items’ shipping fees.

OUR VALUES

We reserve the right to reject any exchange and return that does not comply with the conditions mentioned.

NON EXCHANGABLE PRODUCT

Swimwear is not eligible for exchange
/returns for hygiene purposes.
