Beat switching songs will be a recurring inspiration to Kinki Fish. In Black Star, David Bowie's parting song he'd written before dying, the artist emphasizes the cosmic relationship he's witnessed between both Dunya (our current world) and Akhira (the hereafter) and his undying attempt to build a bridge between the dual worlds. The hymns in the song definitely keep me referencing Bowie's relationship with the Occult and his repetition "I'm a Black Star" could be a prayer illustrating Bowie as Osiris, the Sun in Amenti (The underworld). So intentionally, that's not a pentagram on the back of this shirt... its bowie as the sun in the underworld.
